Actually, everything you are looking for is in libbluetooth (on linux, and similar on other OSs). You might want to read about the Service Discovery Protocol (SDP) or maybe Bluetooth in general to get to know what you have to use. This could be followed by bluetooth/sdp_lib.h: yes, this is really the whole documenation about SDP in libbluetooth, officially at least. With looking at bluetooth/sdp.h, you'll find all OBEX related identifiers.
