As we all already told you: this depends on your SoC (CPU with its peripherals) and the SDRAM actually connected. The datasheets of the SoC and the SDRAM should help you out. As this highly depends on the SDRAM controller, I'm not aware of any tutorials on this topic. Every vendor does it differently.
