Argh: Openocd1 is log with the right number fo breakpoint.  Attached "openocd" 
here is log with wrong number seen.  At line 278 you can see that a M0 is 
detected :-(

Hello,

this happens with F7-Disco and Nucleo-F7.

When board is just powered up by plugging in the Stlink, initial connect to the 
board does not see the right number of breakpoints:
t520 > src/openocd -s tcl -f tcl/board/stm32f7discovery.cfg
...
> Info : stm32f7x.cpu: hardware has 0 breakpoints, 10 watchpoints

Only by keeping the reset button of the board pressed while openocd is started 
make openocd see the right number.
Find attached "openocd1" as a -d3 log when the wrong number of breakpoints is 
seen.
