commit be0c75de8a94e1b3814033f026c6b30bf5235f21

flash Kinetis: make FCF protection more user friendly

Check FCF in programmed data and report if some field differs.
Warn about verify errors caused by FCF protection.

On devices with ECC flash it is impossible to change FCF according
to programmed data because FCF is programmed just after erase
and any change results in ECC error.

On non-ECC flash devices use FSEC from programmed data if
it does not request a secure mode.

On non-ECC flash devices use FOPT from programmed data if
its value was not configured by kinetis fopt command.
