Quick look into the code suggests that the parts provide "family ID" code, not name. So you need to take care to get the first number in the table right, and "name" is arbitrary. Since you apparently have interest in this chips, why do not you just try running OpenOCD to see what the efm32 flash driver has to say about the actual hardware?
