Please just prepend "init; " before svf command.

Hello,
When I try to run the svf command with -c on the command line of openocd I get
the following error:
```Error: The 'svf' command must be used after 'init'.```
When I run the svf command in a telnet session it just works.
What am I doing wrong? I'm using version 0.10.0.
