I'm sure the URL is tried. According the Registry database the problem is that the instance is not or no longer tagged as associated with your username although your username is recorded there. I don't know why. We have to ask Thomas Lotterer how this situation can occur after an upgrade. But you should be able to easily fix this by logging in on registry.openpkg.org and re-associating this instance to you. Once the instance is tagged as associated the FTP server allows the login.
