I'm not sure if something was changed, but when I wrote the
build tool, there was no '=' separator needed. Please try:
-Dperl-dbi::with_dbd_mysql yes
-Dperl-dbi::with_dbd_pgsql yes
-Dperl-dbi::with_dbd_sqlite no
