Yes, liblber is part of OpenLDAP. If with_openldap=no doesn't help then we have to fix something here. But I see already a problem in the packaging: LDAP libraries are passed in LIBS unconditionally. I've tried to fix this with the latest "freeradius" package. Please retry with this one. Ralf S.
