problems while building cacti-spine under Solaris 10

I just check cacti+cacti-spine with latest version of OpenPKG packages. Cacti with all dependences compiled well, but 
i'm unable to build cacti-spine.
Build end with this error:
configure: error: cannot run /bin/bash config/config.sub
error: Bad exit status from /openpkg/RPM/TMP/rpm-tmp.21450 (%build)
