Are you sure that "autoconf", "automake" and "libtoolize" were really
executed during build-time? The config/config.sub should be generated
because of the explicit calls to those tools. Is this really with the
original OpenPKG "cacti-spine" package? For me it builds just fine under
FreeBSD...
