Anything show up in error_log?  Did you have it working under v0.20?  Did
you remember to use -DSSL?  Do you need to enter a key pass phrase?

This is to do with how Apache, and in particular mod_php IIRC is
built.  Daniel, is this due to be fixed soon?

Errrr, Apache is very dependant on the compiler it's built with.  If
you've swithced from cygwin Apache or something like that, don't expect
it's modules to run under OpenSA.  Last time I checked, OpenSA was built
with VCC6, so you need to ensure they're built under that and linked to
OpenSA's library.
