I don't mean to be a smartass here Daniel, but...
Shouldn't Apache at least be aware of where it's installed at
and at least look in it's installed directory first, then
along the ENV path next for any needed file or librarys?
Could the 'true' problem be related to LFN's by chance?
Where Apache is looking for files in
C:\program (due to the space between 'Program' and 'Files')
instead of
C:\progra~1\OpenSA\apache\...
"Programs Files" doesn't really seem a viable place to install
server software anyway IMHO; the path can get quite long, especially
if you store user folders within as well.
This is still Microsoft we are dealing with and there is the 64
character size limitation on path names (no matter what ppl think =)
54 Characters --> c:/program files/opensa/apache/modules/php4apache.dll
40 Characters --> c:/opensa/apache/modules/php4apache.dll
Examples:
70 char - C:\Program Files\OpenSA\Apache\htdocs\locations\na\us\ca\ba\sfmap.gif
56 char - C:\OpenSA\Apache\htdocs\locations\na\us\ca\ba\sfmap.gif
113 char - C:\Program
files\OpenSA\Apache\htdocs\locations\northamerica\unitedstates\california\bayarea\sanfranciscomap.gif
My three-cents =)
