Hello. I can't use the openct driver for my ACS1030-based smart-card reader (by Gep). This happens when using both kernel 2.6.12 and 2.6.8 in a Debian distribution.
This is the lsusb entry: Bus 002 Device 002: ID 072f:0001 Advanced Card Systems, Ltd AC1030-based SmartCard Reader And this is what is reported in the syslog: ifdhandler[3623]: ifd_open: trying to open pertosmart1030@/proc/bus/usb/002/002 ifdhandler[3623]: ps_open: called: device name =/proc/bus/usb/002/002 ifdhandler[3623]: Unknown device type "/proc/bus/usb/002/002" ifdhandler[3623]: ps_open: failed to open device: ifdhandler[3623]: /proc/bus/usb/002/002: initialization failed (driver pertosmart1030) ifdhandler[3623]: unable to open reader pertosmart1030@/proc/bus/usb/002/002 What could be the problem?
