Alright, I decided to pick up an ITSEC-I model so that I'd at least have a
working card. Sadly, and many dollars later, I can't get this one to work
either. :( pkcs11-tool reports a lot of errors when I try to use
--show-info, for example. --list-objects does not work, nor does
--init-token.

# pkcs11-tool --module /usr/local/lib/opensc-pkcs11.so --list-objects
card-cardos.c:225:cardos_check_sw: file not found
iso7816.c:458:iso7816_select_file: returning with: File not found
card-cardos.c:401:cardos_select_file: returning with: File not found
card.c:563:sc_select_file: returning with: File not found
pkcs15-postecert.c:336:sc_pkcs15emu_postecert_init: Failed to initialize
Postecert and Cnipa emulation: Unsupported card
[...]
error: PKCS11 function C_OpenSession failed: rv = CKR_TOKEN_NOT_PRESENT (0xe0)

Aborting.

The token is of course present:

# opensc-tool --atr
3b:f2:98:00:ff:c1:10:31:fe:55:c8:04:12

# opensc-tool --name
CardOS M4

# opensc-tool --serial
24 72 7B 08 12 31 $r{..1
