I agree with you, Andreas, that's why I requested a pragmatic solution
in the developer's realm. Please put pkcs11.h in a seperate directory in
the main project opensc and any developer can pull this file in using
svn:externals, that's quite simple ;-)

Putting the file in a seperate directory is simple and keeping it only
in the main project makes it clear, that the main project is responsible
for installing pkcs11.h into /usr/include/opensc for distributions,
that's all ;-)
