Do you even read what I write?
*IF* and only *IF* we achieve the *GOALS* we *AGREE* then and *ONLY*
then we mark older frameworks obsolete.

Do you claim people cannot plan? And forced to keep on going always in the
same direction? Why agree into using electrical cars? The oil ones works
just great. Can't we plan the transition between oil cars to electric ones
and say that if all goes as planned in 2030 there will be only electric cards
around?

I think we can... People had shown many times in past that the can plan
ahead.
