I don't know how 0.11.14 and 0.12.0 will co-exist in Debian SID or any
other GNU/Linux distribution. If they do, bravo! After having to explain
how to remove OpenCT, now I will have to explain Gooze users which
OpenSC version to install.

IMHO, it is more common to see a new releases (i.e. 0.12.0) replaces old
releases (0.11.14). Breaking ABI and API will force everyone to upgrade.

Plus I had a look at Entersafe driver and I am not sure that SVN trunk
contains more fixes than in release 0.11.14. All this is confusing for
me (maybe not for you, I don't know). There will be no heavy testing for
0.11.14.

IMHO I am not going to use 0.11.14 and will switch directly to 0.12.

Let's not do like Microsoft XP, Vista and DOS (I am kidding, don't take
it bad, it is 22:00 in France). Let's dump old API :) Good night.

Kind regards,
