the main problem was the flex/bison stuff and the System/Drawable lib

It's basically VS2005 (full version) + MS Mobile 5 SDK (MS free
download) + some OpenGL ES implementation. I use the one from Intel but
this one only runs on hardware ;-)

On the Windows side of things, using VS2005 the current svn version 
compiles (make) without unresolved symbols, so you should not need to
change any of the library settings (Attached my configure run for
your reference). testWindowGLUT also works ;-)

This is without OSG_1_COMPAT or depreciated interfaces enabled. I think
I broke something during the last CE fix. I was about to cross check
these on Linux when your merge hit me ;-)
