Hi,

I couldn't find any way to stop OpenGL from using very small mipmap 
levels. We have some problems possibly related to that and I'd like to 
tweak things and see if it helps.

IIRC it's GL_TEXTURE_[MIN|MAX]_LOD parameters that are set. I couldn't 
find anything like that.

Should I produce a patch or do you guys have it somewhere in your back 
pocket?
