oh, thanks for catching this. I missed that since the table of
incompatible options only lists /Gm (incremental rebuild) and some
preprocessor specific ones, but at the very bottom of the page they have
a remark that /Gm is the default for debug builds - *sigh*.
Good news is, it should be harmless as the compiler is supposed to
ignore /MP if /Gm is given ;)
