Of course nothing is decided yet, but this would the latest in a line of bad decisions that I think Ubuntu have been taking lately.
Why would they want to include an application that has barely progressed at all in the last 2 (or more) years? And as for removing Gimp in favour of F-Spot - I don't understand that at all.
