Since the set_icon_size: assertion `icon_size != GTK_ICON_SIZE_INVALID'
is fixed i guess this bug doesn't exist anymore.

Bug description:
When starting OpenShot, some of the icons on the toolbar are missing. They can
be brought back by placing the mouse over them, or (un)maximizing the window.
Similarly, this also happens when a pop-up window appears.
