Bug description:
The effects browser is working, but it is not resembling other layer oriented
apps like GIMP.
To provide a similar interface:
- change text on buttons (new, up, down, delete) with icons (see mockup)
- enable easy enabling by a checkbox on the effect (see mockup)
- enable drag-and-drop to the delete button to remove an effect
- when a effect is added, set focus to that effect (simulating a click) in the
list to provide immedate access to the effect properties
