I have created a patch for trying to fix this. In fact, it provides two things. First, normally, it will fixe the problem with the python path using the only good method. Two i tent to introduce the utf/unicode norm but i am not sure of the result. I am afraid that this will not be sufficient but it will not be doing wrong. I was blaffed by the fact that all the files have not the sheban and i don't know what doing.
