Just to add to this, you could create a shortcut on your desktop and for the
target use:

runas /user:DOMAIN\ACCOUNT "PATH TO EXE"
Example:  runas /user:home\james "c:\opensim\opensim.exe"

So in future you can just double click your icon and it does the "run as"
automatically for you.
