Well, on the openslp devel archive for june, it looks like there's an outstanding patch and a defect in slp_predicate.c and slpd_predicate.c. Mainly, however, I think we need to be sure that the release has some reasonable testing on the various versions (Windows, Linux, OS X), and we should then pull the trigger on a release.
