Yes, yes and yes. The problem is the GData person definition is really 
thin. I'd strongly recommend

1) Using existing standards wherever possible. I figure pretty much 
every implementation should include foaf and vcard.

2) Especially include things that are likely to be uniquely identifying 
properties like foaf:mbox_sha1sum

3) Talk about things that look like they're going to be common across 
multiple sites. let's try to make the effort to work co-operatively.
