Guys, I'm using the sandbox now and it is working. There is an Cache issue on sandbox, sometimes you update your .xml and add to MyApplications but orkut sandbox dont get the new one.
My workaround is to keep renaming the .xml file and the ModulePrefs title attribute =( Hope it helps.
