Does &bpc=1 actually work for you?

This has no effect at all for me. I've just fired up a browser on a
machine where I've never logged in, to make sure it's not a cache
problem, and I see 5 different versions of my code, only the first
time I load I see the current one, then all following refreshes are
older ones (I have a timestamp showing)
