JevS, I don't see how your link is related to this issue.
I have observed the folllowing: If you have the app, the app can get you as the VIEWER on *another* users app instance. If you don't have the app installed, then when you view another user's app instance, the VIEWER object is *not* returned (though everything else is). Is this intended behaviour?
