If you have been following the discussions this week, you may have
noticed a number of reports related to caching. Several developers
have reported that their applications have not been updating/
refreshing as frequently as they have in the past.

If you were affected by this, thank you very much for bearing with us.
The good news is that the problem has been located and a fix is coming
next week. In the meantime, the best way to prevent this bug from
affecting your application is by ensuring that your host returns an
Expires header.

Normally, orkut honors the Cache-Control header returned by the host
or, if no Cache-Control header is set, automatically flushes the cache
every five minutes. But until the fix is available, setting the
Expires header is the only way to reliably set the caching interval.

I will reply to this thread when the fix is pushed. Thank you.
