Yes, I just noticed this myself. I tested an application using only the <Optional .../> tag reported in the original bug and noticed that it works by itself just as <Optional feature="hi5"/> works by itself for you, so I believe these issues are related. You can a leave a comment on the issue instead of creating a new one if you prefer.
