It doesnt matter if you are running Android.

- if you wanna use 2legged, you need to create an opensocial app
(which is basically a XML) in order to get the keys

- if you wanna use 3legged, you need to open the browser to get access token.

For both cases you need the keys. It's part of oauth spec.
