Didn't know about the public info url (PublicAppInfo). Just tested and it correctly redirects to canvas if the user has the app installed.
I'm a bit confused though since when the app is not installed and I go to PublicAppInfo I'm redirected to AppInfo. Is it safe to link to PublicAppInfo?
