Both sandbox and prod sandbox. I cannot even send the app, so I'm not even getting the page with the security token. No, does not cache the file. I can perfectly see the xml file on my browser, so I figure it wont be a problem for Orkut to get it as well.

If I use prod sandbox or sandbox, clicking on the link SUBMIT YOUR APP (the one that's open up a new window) I only got the famous message : Falha ao enviar.
