What exactly is the problem with the idea to ship a merged libcmd with
Solaris Nevada ? The design is compatible to BOTH existing versions of
libcmd and in the not so distant future - maybe even before the Nevada
gates closes - all consumers of the |def*()| functions have been
switched over to the new API and then libcmd would be for AST (which
includes ksh93) and the Solaris commands only again.
