OK. A quick discussion during ARC business is all that I recall for this one. I think there was some confusion over it, as it was filed as a one-pager, intended to be a fast-track, but then seen to be too large to be a fast-track. In any event, it's mostly dead. The original NWAM design was just a prototype. It was updated quite a bit (in architectural detail) by Phase 0.5. And then much of that design was later junked in the Phase 1 project. I think that's getting closer to integration, so the value of the original Phase 0 work is quickly approaching nil.
