For what it's worth, I don't think the command line on unrar has
changed in a long time, and designating it as "Volatile," besides
being unnecessarily fear-inducing, makes it problematic for GNOME to
use, which seems to be the primary purpose of this project.  It could
easily be Uncommitted if not just Committed.
