So this is for imap over SSL/TLS (imaps). Now I understand. Where are the X.509 certificate Trust Anchors for these SSL/TLS connections held ? How does the user get prompted to verify the certificate if there are no trust anchors ? Where is the users answer about trust of the presented certificate for imaps stored ? -- Darren J Moffat
