GPL and LGPL are _incompatible_

The LGPL contains an exeption for this problem but it does not help if you
create a OS distribution. The rules for the exception are:

- You may change your local copy from LGPL to GPL

- This change is inrevocable

- All copies you publish are now under GPL and no longer under LGPL
