This is all that is required.  Your project adheres to the previous ARC 
cases relevant
to this project, and should either state the above or note the previous 
cases which
it is following.

Something like "This project delivers its python files under 
/usr/lib/python2.4/vendor-packages,
its man pages under /usr/share/man and ... "
