To remove some thing you run an EOF case. Obsolete is used to announce EOF with possible future intent to remove. It is reasonable for a case like this to be the EOF of the old names. I just don't think that Obsolete Volatile is the correct classification, since that implies they are still shipped (as they are listed as exported interfaces). Instead there should be a table that lists the EOF and removed interfaces. -- Darren J Moffat
