Since the meeting on Tuesday already has been canceled, why don't we do the following. Later today, I will send out an email listing out a summary of issues raised in discussion so far and the proposed solutions from the project team. We can consider them FastTracks with a timeout on Thursday the 20th. If nobody raises any issues of a TCR nature, then we can consider them approved FastTracks. However, if the cases generate any issues of a TCR nature, then we can consider them full cases and have the inception review on Tuesday the 25th. I have already talked with John Fischer, and if it is necessary for either or both cases to be full cases, then John has agreed to be the owner. Does this sound reasonable? Brian
