Correct; the SUNWbcp package (SunOS 4.x Binary Compatibity) uses these libraries. Are these libraries listed in the SPARC ABI? Just removing the compile symlinks I have no issue with, but removing these libraries themselves also requires the removal of SunOS 4.x Binary Compatibility. Casper
