Right. Unless of course Sun tries to be sneaky and wants to bypass or lockout the Opensolaris communities - in which case I would start asking: Why do we have to care about ARC if the rules are bend for proposals from Sun? The 'Open" in Open Source includes openness in all cases, not only in selected cases. Irek
