I've updated this again. This time it includes changes to bfu.sh, as
well as to the postinstall for SUNWcsr to remove the network/tname SMF
service.
I can't put this back until I have at least one person review the above
changes.
I've tested bfu, but I haven't tested the postinstall script for SUNWcsr
yet. Mostly because I'm not sure how the best way to test this is. It
only impacts upgrades of pre-existing Solaris 10 and Nevada users.
