I don't see anything missing from the code changes. You will also need to file a package history file to get the removal done properly I think - check with the ONNV gate keepers on that one (and/or your RTI advocate should be able to confirm/deny that).
Actually, simple file removals like this occur automatically and don't require manual package history intervention.
