I'm sorry you feel that way, but I saw nothing rude in the reply that was given to you. Not only that, what they said is true, your questions could be answered on the site or by the blastwave.org site maintainer(s). It is not unreasonable to expect a small amount of due diligence on the part of the person who seeks answers. "...does pkg-get handle dependency problems?" Clicking on the "Howto" link answers that question by example usage. "How to become a package maintainer?" On the front page there is a section titled "You Can Get Involved" which gives links to all kinds of things about how to become a package maintainer. "How about starting own repositories?" This is an advanced question you should be asking the blastwave maintainers directly. I think you're being unfair to the community by posting questions that already have answers on the front page of the site you were asking about in some cases, and not only that unfairly accusing others of having a bad attitude because they wouldn't supply you with answers that you could easily obtain on your own through proper channels. -- Shawn Walker, Software and Systems Analyst [EMAIL PROTECTED] - http://binarycrusader.blogspot.com/ _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list opensolaris-discuss@opensolaris.org
