My statement above was based on the above position of FSF as if it holds good today. Those in need might want to check out the CDDL section which says just what I said in the OP. Plus some... ;) Of course IANAL and I am not offering an advice or not passing an judgement which you must follow but it is painful when people try to hide the obvious in the name of what not..
